一、教研室简介

中国医科大学附属口腔医院口腔预防科于2004年正式独立建科，目前是辽宁省卫健委疾控处下辖的辽宁省口腔病防治办公室挂靠单位。中国医科大学口腔医学院口腔预防医学教研室是一支高素质、高学历的教学科研队伍。本学科为辽宁省重点学科，主要研究方向为氟化物与牙健康、口腔流行病学、口腔常见疾病的病因及综合干预。本学科同时承担着辽宁省牙病防治办公室的日常工作，负责全省牙病防治工作计划的制订及牙防技术骨干的培训，牙防新成果、新技术的推广和应用；并开展全省口腔疾病调查、咨询、社区口腔保健宣传等工作。

科室特色包括医院门诊和社区口腔保健两大部分。医院门诊工作包括婴幼儿、学龄前及学龄儿童、青少年和成人常见和多发口腔疾病的一、二级预防和治疗工作；高危人群龋病风险评估与指导、个性化口腔健康教育与指导等。社区口腔保健工作包括学龄前及学龄儿童的口腔预防保健工作，如定期口腔健康教育和口腔健康促进、定期口腔检查、窝沟封闭、局部专业涂氟、建立口腔健康档案、口腔健康指导等工作。

口腔预防教研室现有副教授1名，讲师4名，助教1名。科室成立至今，共承担课题7项，其中国家级课题2项，省部级课题5项，科研经费共计200余万；发表论文100余篇，其中SCI收录文章20余篇。担任辽宁省预防医学会口腔卫生保健专委会候任主委1人、辽宁省口腔医学会口腔预防专委会候任主任委员1人、辽宁省健康口腔指导中心负责人、辽宁省健康教育协会理事1人、中华口腔医学会口腔预防专委会委员2人、中华预防医学会口腔卫生保健专委会委员1人、中国卫生信息与健康医疗大数据学会口腔健康大数据专科联盟常委1人、中国医师协会公共卫生医师分会委员1人、辽宁省健康科普专家库专家1人等。

The Department of Preventive Dentistry at the China Medical University Affilliated Stomatology Hospital was established as an independent department in 2004. It is an affiliated institution of the Liaoning Provincial Stomatological Disease Prevention and Control Office under the jurisdiction of the CDC of the Liaoning Province. The Department of Preventive Dentistry is a highly qualified and educated teaching and research team. Our discipline, which is a key discipline in Liaoning Province, mainly focus on fluoride and dental health, oral epidemiology, etiology of common oral diseases, and comprehensive intervention. In addition, our discipline also undertakes the daily work of the Dental Disease Prevention and Control Office of Liaoning Province, as well as responses for the formulation of the provincial dental disease prevention and control work plan, the training of dental prevention technology backbone, and the promotion and application of new achievements and technologies in dental prevention. The Department of Preventive Dentistry also carries out investigations, consultations, and community oral health promotion on oral diseases throughout the province.

The main work of the department contains hospital outpatient and community oral health. The outpatient work includes primary and secondary prevention and treatment of common oral diseases for people like infants, preschool and school-age children, adolescents, and adults; risk assessment and guidance for dental caries in high-risk populations; personalized oral health education and guidance, etc. The community oral health work includes oral prevention and care for pre-school and school-age children, such as regular oral health education and promotion, regular oral examinations, pit and fissure sealing, local professional fluoride application, establishment of oral health records and oral health guidance, etc.

Currently, the Department of Preventive Dentistry has 1 associate professor, 4 lecturers, and 1 assistant. Since its establishment, the department has undertaken a total of 7 research projects, including 2 national level projects and 5 provincial and ministerial level projects, with a total research funding of over 2 million RMB. Furthermore, the department published over 100 papers, including more than 20 SCI indexed articles, and served as 1 alternate chairman of the Oral Health Care Special Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Association of Preventive Medicine, 1 alternate chairman of the Oral Health Prevention Special Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Association of Stomatology, the person in charge of the Liaoning Provincial Health Oral Guidance Center, 1 director of the Liaoning Provincial Health Education Association, 2 members of the Oral Health Prevention Special Committee of the Chinese Association of Stomatology, and 1 member of the Oral Health Care Special Committee of the Chinese Association of Preventive Medicine,1 member of the Standing Committee of the Oral Health Big Data Specialist Alliance of the China Health Information and Healthcare Big Data Society, 1 member of the Public Health Physician Branch of the China Medical Doctor Association, and 1 expert from the Liaoning Province Health Science Popularization Expert Database.

二、人员组成

刘璐，医学博士，副教授、副主任医师。中国医科大学口腔医学院口腔预防医学教研室副主任，口腔预防科副主任（主持工作），辽宁省口腔病防治办公室主任，辽宁省健康口腔指导中心主任，沈阳市高层次拔尖人才，辽宁省预防医学会口腔卫生保健专委会候任主委、辽宁省口腔医学会口腔预防专委会候任主任委员、辽宁省健康口腔指导中心负责人、辽宁省健康教育协会理事、中华口腔医学会口腔预防专委会委员、中华预防医学会口腔卫生保健专委会委员、中国卫生信息与健康医疗大数据学会口腔健康大数据专科联盟常委、中国医师协会公共卫生医师分会委员、辽宁省健康科普专家库专家。一直从事口腔疾病防治方面的基础和流行病学研究。主持国家自然青年科学基金《基于广义回归神经网络的老年龋病高危预警模型研究》一项。作为主要成员参与完成了国家自然基金项目《内质网应激在氟斑牙形成中的作用和机制》、卫生部卫生行业科研专项课题《牙病综合防治体系示范基地的建设和运行》以及《辽宁省城乡牙病防治模式的推广应用》等多项省部级课题的研究工作。在老年口腔流行病学及其防治工作方面取得诸多研究成果，发表《Prevalence and Correlates of Dental Caries in an Elderly Population in Northeast China》、《Fluorosis Induces Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress And Apoptosis In Osteoblasts In Vivo》、《Characteristics of dental care-seeking behavior and related sociodemographic factors in a middle-aged and elderly population in northeastChina》、《Oral health status among visually impaired schoolchildren in Northeast China》等多篇SCI论文及国内核心期刊科研论文。

张思宇，女，讲师，主治医师。2006年毕业于中国医科大学口腔医学系。2009年毕业于四川大学华西口腔医学院获硕士学位。现任中华口腔医学会口腔预防专业委员会青年委员、辽宁省口腔医学会口腔预防专业委员会委员。参与完成了《辽宁省城乡牙病防治模式的推广应用》、《学龄儿童口腔健康综合干预项目》、《辽宁省儿童口腔疾病综合干预项目》、《辽宁省儿童口腔健康服务项目》等多项课题研究。研究方向：龋病的病因及其防治研究。在国家级刊物上发表论文10余篇，其中有多篇被BA、CA、MEDLINE收录。

张凯强，中共党员，讲师，主治医师。作为主要成员参与完成了国家自然基金项目《氟通过PHD/HIF信号通路调控软骨细胞葡萄糖代谢的分子机制研究》《内质网应激在氟斑牙形成中的作用和机制》、卫生部卫生行业科研专项课题《牙病综合防治体系示范基地的建设和运行》《第四次全国口腔健康流行病学调查》等。以通讯作者或第一作者发表《Resveratrol ameliorates fluoride-induced ameloblast differentiation inhibition via clock genes and the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway》、《The Prevalence of Dental Caries in Primary Dentition in 3- to 5-Year-Old Preschool Children in Northern China》、《Oral health status and knowledge of only and non-only children in China》等SCI论文及国内核心期刊科研论文。作为审稿人参与BMC Pediatrics 和Molecular&Cellular Biomechanics的审稿评审工作。专业擅长：擅长龋齿充填、预成冠修复、前牙透明冠修复、乳恒牙根管治疗、年轻恒牙根尖诱导治疗、渗透树脂美容修复、嵌体修复及牙列间隙维持等儿童及青少年口腔疾病的治疗及预防，现任辽宁省口腔预防专委会委员。

李健，讲师，主治医师。2012年毕业于中国医科大学口腔医学系。2015年毕业于中国医科大学口腔医学院获硕士学位。现任辽宁省口腔医学会口腔预防专业委员会委员。作为主要成员参与完成了国家自然基金项目《内质网应激在氟斑牙形成中的作用和机制》、卫生部卫生行业科研专项课题《牙病综合防治体系示范基地的建设和运行》以及《辽宁省城乡牙病防治模式的推广应用》等多项省部级课题的研究工作。参与第四次全国口腔健康流行病学调查，并编写《第四次辽宁省口腔健康流行病学调查》等。发表 “Prevalence and factors contributing to dental caries in 12-15-year-old school adolescents in northeast China”等多篇SCI及核心期刊论文。荣获2019年全国口腔健康科普演讲交流活动“科普先锋”称号。

李晓礼，中国医科大学附属口腔医院预防科主治医师、助理研究员。2016年本科毕业于北京大学口腔医学系，2020年毕业于北京大学获得博士学位，同年就职于中国医科大学附属口腔医院。专业擅长口腔各类疾病的预防，儿童龋病、牙髓炎、根尖周炎等牙体疾病的预防和治疗、儿童牙齿拔除、骨髓炎诊治。研究方向：干细胞、骨髓炎、骨代谢病病因及诊治相关研究。发表《Application of pamidronate disodium for the treatment of diffuse sclerosing osteomyelitis of the mandible: A clinical study》、《Comparing Clinical and Radiographic Characteristics of Chronic Diffuse Sclerosing Osteomyelitis and Craniofacial Fibrous Dysplasia in the Mandible》等多篇SCI论文及国内核心期刊科研论文。

查畅，中国医科大学附属口腔医院口腔预防科，主治医师、讲师，查畅医生本科毕业于中国医科大学口腔医学专业，硕士毕业于中国医科大学附属口腔医院口腔正畸学专业，同年毕业留校工作，现就职于中国医科大学附属口腔医院口腔预防科，2021年在建校90周年，建党百年之际，荣获“传承红医精神奖”，参与多项省市级课题，并以第一作者发表《The effects of Dehiscence and Fenestration before orthodontic treatment on External Apical Root Resorption (EARR) in maxillary incisors》，《Evaluation of palatal support tissues for placement of orthodontic mini-implants in mouth breathers with high-narrow palates versus nose breathers with normal palates: a retrospective study》等多篇SCI及核心期刊论文。工作以来从事口腔预防医学临床、教学、科研和流行病学调查以及牙防等相关工作专业擅长：口腔各类疾病的预防，儿童青少年口腔常见龋病、牙髓病、根尖周病的预防和治疗，擅长儿童错合畸形的早期矫治。
